Data Deliverables & Regulatory Liability Limitation
In accordance with Section 4 of the D.A.S.E. Limited framework, all building scans, asset photogrammetry, and structural mapping datasets are supplied as raw engineering data only. The company does not generate structural analyses or legal reports. Final data interpretation, compliance evaluations, and engineering reports remain the sole professional responsibility of the client's appointed surveyors, architects, or main contractors. Nothing herein excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence; however, all other contractual liability is strictly capped at the direct service invoice value under UK governing law.
Adverse Weather & Flight Rescheduling Protocols
Commercial flight operations are strictly governed by the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) safety regulations and equipment manufacturer thresholds. The Remote Pilot in Command (RPIC) reserves the absolute right to halt, cancel, or reschedule site deployments due to adverse weather, technical safety margins, or restricted airspace protocols. Impacted operations will be systematically rescheduled at the earliest mutually convenient operational window without contractual penalty or secondary claims for consequential losses.
Intellectual Property & Commercial Data Licensing
All intellectual property rights, master datasets, and high-bitrate source media acquired during deployment remain vested with D.A.S.E. Limited. Upon full clearance of the contractual billing invoice, the client is granted an unrestricted, perpetual commercial licence to deploy, utilise, and distribute the generated products and media outcomes for corporate marketing and operational purposes across global frameworks.
